Wilmington Eye’s Exceptional Vision Care at Brunswick Forest in Leland

Wilmington Eye at Brunswick Forest is our newest and largest office, located in Leland off Highway 17, right next to the Brunswick Forest community. Here we offer the same comprehensive vision care we are known for in Wilmington, with improved access for Leland residents. Since its opening in November of 2022, Leland residents are no longer required to cross the bridge into Wilmington to access high-quality vision care!

Including over sixteen active exam rooms, with plans to equip the few remaining open rooms, Wilmington Eye at Brunswick Forest offers a full range of optometry and ophthalmic care. Services include comprehensive ophthalmology, surgical consults, preventative eye care, cataract evaluations, oculoplastic surgery consults, noninvasive cosmetic treatments, routine eye exams, dry eye treatments, optical services and more.

One thing that sets this location apart from others is our participation in Wilmington Eye’s first clinical trial, an ophthalmic study on Dry Eye Disease Research. Our call center also resides in this office, ensuring clear and consistent communication for all current and new patients across all Wilmington Eye locations.

Experienced optometrists Dr. Erin Fuchs and Dr. Travis Pickens provide comprehensive eye exams, in addition to routine and preventative eye care. Dr. Fuchs also specializes in Dry Eye Disease management and offers some of the newest and most advanced treatments available for this condition. Dr. Pickens holds over 25 years of experience and specializes in the treatment of ocular disease and post-operative care.

Patients can also be seen by board-certified ophthalmic surgeons like Dr. Christopher Covington and Dr. Clark Springs. Getting to our Leland Office

Wilmington Eye at Brunswick Forest is situated just off Highway 17 next to the Brunswick Forest community. Our office is centrally located between Emerge Ortho, Wendy’s and a brand-new gas station, along with several other notable businesses and restaurants within walking distance. If you’re traveling West on Highway 17 from Wilmington, you’ll take a left at the light on Lanvale Road. Those traveling East on Highway 17 will take a right on Lanvale, shortly after passing the Circle K and Tractor Supply.

Our facility occupies approximately 14,000 square feet of the total 38,000 square feet available. Tenant space is available upstairs including separate entrances. We are actively accepting applications to rent this state-of-the-art space.
