The EVO ICL is a revolutionary offering in vision correction that permanently corrects your vision without changing a thing! Is ICL Right For Me?

The EVO ICL can give you crystal-clear vision without the use of glasses or contacts. This cutting-edge lens helps you reduce your dependence on corrective lenses and, unlike LASIK, does not alter the natural anatomy of your eyes. This means that patients who have high prescriptions or who were once told they are not a candidate for vision correction now have an opportunity to enjoy a life without glasses or contacts! Concerns regarding the health or state of your cornea typically do not apply to patients with the EVO ICL because the lens can be removed and/or replaced whenever it is deemed necessary by you or your surgeon.

If you are considering vision correction, but have been told you are not a candidate for LASIK, schedule a consult with our ICL surgeon to determine if EVO ICL is right for you.

Advantages of the EVO ICL

What is ICL?

ICL stands for implantable collamer lens. It’s a lens made up of an advanced, soft material composed of 100% biocompatible collagen copolymer. Unlike other vision correction procedures that permanently alter the shape of your cornea, ICL surgery is additional, which means it adds to your eye’s natural state. The EVO ICL, once implanted in your eye, provides not only vision correction but also UV protection. Oftentimes, patients see an improvement to their quality of vision that is sharper, clearer and more vivid than what they can achieve with traditional glasses or contacts.

If you suffer from moderate to severe myopia (nearsightedness: those who can see up close) or astigmatism, ICL surgery can help you eliminate your need for glasses or contacts. As one of the newest options for vision correction, the ICL received FDA approval for a wide range of myopic (nearsightedness) correction needs in 2005. And more recently, in 2018 ICLs that correct astigmatism were FDA approved. Worldwide, the EVO ICL has been implanted in more than 900,000 patients with an extremely high satisfaction rate—above 99%! And with little to no maintenance associated with the lens, you can enjoy clearer, sharper, and more vivid vision!

Today I had my procedure done and in only one hour after surgery I had 20/15 vision (almost 20/10)!!! I can’t stop looking at things around me. I’ve never seen with such clarity. I never knew such clarity existed! Now my wedding day will be even more beautiful than I imagined (literally) not to mention every day for the rest of my life."
