Oculoplastic and Cosmetic Care in Wilmington’s Medical Community

Wilmington Eye’s Oculoplastic Center has been serving patients in Wilmington since January of 2021, when Oculoplastic Consultants of the Carolinas merged with Wilmington Eye. Now, the office is Wilmington’s primary destination for oculoplastic and cosmetic care. Our providers perform functional and aesthetic eye procedures, many of which are offered across several other Wilmington Eye locations. However, Wilmington Eye’s Oculoplastic Center is unique from our other offices by exclusively focusing on restorative procedures surrounding the external structures of the eyes.

This location offers the unique advantage of close proximity to the hospital on 17th street in the hub of Wilmington’s medical community, enabling us to offer more access and convenience to both patients and the providers who refer to us. As the regional leader in eye care, Wilmington Eye provides specialty care in oculoplastic surgery, as well as the nonsurgical management of many conditions affecting the delicate tissues surrounding the eyes.

Getting to Wilmington Eye Oculoplastic Center

Wilmington Eye’s Oculoplastic Center is located on the second level of the Delaney Radiology building on Medical Center Drive, situated between 17th Street and Carolina Beach Road in the hub of Wilmington’s medical community. Former patients of Oculoplastic Consultants of the Carolinas will have no problem finding us; they were the previous tenants! Look for the Delaney Radiology sign and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor, and you’ll find our office.

If you are coming from 17th Street, turn onto Medical Center Drive across from the hospital, between the Walgreens and First Citizens Bank. Stay on Medical Center Drive for about three-quarters of a mile. Shortly after passing Wisteria Drive, our office will be on your right.

Those coming from Carolina Beach Road, heading towards downtown Wilmington will take a right onto Medical Center Drive. If you’re heading towards Monkey Junction, you will take a left. Look for the Bojangles and the Speedway on either side of Medical Center Drive and turn there. After less than half a mile, you will see a Holiday Inn on the left, and our office is immediately after that on the left.
