The Wilmington Eye NC Blueberry Festival Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Wilmington Eye (“Sponsor”).
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited by law.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at the start of the NC Blueberry Festival event and ends at the close of the event on the same day (the “Giveaway Period”).
How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, eligible individuals may enter by visiting the Wilmington Eye table at the NC Blueberry Festival and completing the official online entry form by scanning the QR code provided at the booth.
Entrants must provide:
- Full name
- Valid email address
Entrants may also optionally select topics they are interested in hearing more about from Wilmington Eye.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
No purchase, payment, or medical consultation is required to enter.
Consent to Communications
By submitting the entry form and checking the consent box, entrants acknowledge and agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from Wilmington Eye. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in email communications.
The form will include the following disclosure:
“By checking the box below, you agree to the Terms of Use.
I understand that by completing this form that I am subscribing for communications from Wilmington Eye. I understand that I can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of my emails.”
Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- Wilmington Eye branded duffle bag
- Beach throw
- JBL speaker
- One (1) pair of sunglasses from Wilmington Eye Optical
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize package: $380.
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash redemption will be permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will occur within a reasonable time after the conclusion of the event. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified using the email address provided during entry. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or is found to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or misdirected entries or technical failures of any kind.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices and applicable law.

General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
